Let’s start from the beginning: what’s the problem?
When I use my bank’s mobile app, I always end up getting frustrated. The app is decidedly old, navigation between the various features is never easy and the information made available is not easily accessible. I will not say which bank it is but personally I would move my current account only to no longer have to deal with this app.
With these premises I tried to find out if these difficulties were uniquely mine, the opinion that my friends and colleagues have of their apps and how it could be my ideal app.
To do this, I submitted a small survey to them to understand their usage habits, the features they find useful, those they have never used and above all what was missing in the current app of their banks.
INTERVIEWS
I sent the survey to 39 people, aged 27 to 54, with different educational qualifications and working in completely different sectors.
